📋 Description

• Provide immediate, customer-focused technical support to achieve 100% customer satisfaction • Assist sales representatives and customers with technical expertise regarding industrial rotating equipment and related components • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns and system failures • Recommend assembly, disassembly, repair techniques, and improved maintenance practices • Install NOV FMS products as needed • Train customers, representatives, and Authorized Service Center personnel on NOV product assembly, disassembly, and repair procedures • Complete Field Service Reports accurately and on time • Travel to customer facilities for service calls and courtesy support calls, sometimes on short notice • Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean tools • Travel primarily Monday through Friday, up to 75%, sometimes on short notice • International travel may be required 1–2 times yearly • Perform duties according to Quality Assurance procedures, work instructions, Health & Safety policies, training, and instructions • Report safety hazards to the HSE representative • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of mechanical installation/service work • OSHA 30; NCCCO Rigger I preferred • Welding, rigging, and forklift operation preferred • Able to understand and read mechanical plans, drawings, and site layouts • Knowledge of industrial equipment • Experience installing, aligning, and commissioning pumps, mixers, or other industrial equipment • Knowledge of troubleshooting improperly operating equipment • Knowledge of VFDs and/or PLCs in an industrial setting preferred • Knowledge of rigging, forklift operation, and confined space entry preferred • Welding and rigging certification preferred • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite • Basic mobile device skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel abilities preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage time effectively in the field • Ability to work overtime and weekends • Willingness to travel frequently and work in various field conditions • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to work in harsh environments, including rain, snow, heat, and heights with a safety harness • Must constantly walk and stand; occasionally grasp, climb, balance, crouch, crawl, kneel, and reach • Ability to perform wrenching, pulling, and pushing • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Commitment to safety and quality • Must pass a background check, drug test, and health screenings • Participate in required training • Welding capabilities
