📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. • Work with a global consulting and engineering services firm. • Handle client relationship management in IT staffing and recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (Minimum 2 years). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar tools.) and recruitment tools. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Experience with managing offshore teams is a plus. • Experience in managing and evaluating Individual Consultant Records (NICRs), including updates, creation, and termination.
