• Support development and execution of high-impact strategic communications for the Novartis US Customer Engagement organization • Translate strategy, leadership direction, and business milestones into clear, compelling communications • Build integrated communications strategies and plans aligned to Customer Engagement priorities • Shape change and transformation-focused narratives communicating priorities, decisions, rationale, and progress • Partner with transformation and change teams to drive clarity and adoption of new initiatives and ways of working • Develop executive communications content, including talking points, executive briefs, and presentations • Develop associate communications for field and HQ-based teams • Support communications for town halls, leadership meetings, and all-field forums • Lead written and visual content development for internal channels, including articles, videos, and digital assets • Support management of channels and content calendars • Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to track sentiment and improve communications effectiveness • Work closely with senior leadership, Customer Engagement partners, and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field • 6+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, executive communications, corporate communications, or related roles • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with executive-level communications • Demonstrated experience in change and transformation communications • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across functions • Pharmaceutical experience required • Ability to leverage approved AI tools and programs strategically and responsibly • Ability to support large, geographically dispersed teams • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and internal communications tools • Company will not sponsor visas for this position
