âą Track and manage upcoming policy renewals to ensure timely processing. âą Prepare renewal applications, proposals, and supporting documentation. âą Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain renewal quotes, endorsements, and policy information. âą Review renewal terms and identify discrepancies or missing information. âą Coordinate with brokers, account managers, and clients throughout the renewal cycle. âą Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems. âą Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other administrative requests. âą Assist with invoicing, premium financing documentation, and payment follow-up as needed. âą Ensure compliance with company procedures, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements. âą Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. âą Generate reports and track renewal metrics to support business objectives.
âą Associates degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. âą Previous experience in insurance, brokerage operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred. âą Knowledge of allied healthcare insurance products and renewal processes is an asset. âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills. âą High attention to detail and accuracy. âą Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. âą Property and Casualty insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire. âą Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. âą Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
