📋 Description

• Act as the scientific voice in customer engagements • Combine technical excellence with commercial insight • Strengthen strategic customer relationships • Accelerate product adoption • Translate customer needs into opportunities for innovation • Jointly drive account growth together with Account Managers • Build network within customers • Manage customer product testing (design of test protocols, ongoing communication with customers, trouble shooting) • Assist existing customers with regulatory documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors required, MSc or PhD in biology, cell biology or similar preferred • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Field Application Specialist preferred, preferably in a commercial function or similar position in a Pharma/Pharma tech company • 5+ years’ experience with cell culture media and bioprocessing, possible lab experience • High integrity as a customer-facing profile • Proficiency in troubleshooting • Ability to analyze and solve challenges
