📋 Description

• Build and lead the full operating model for N-Power Medicine’s clinical research execution across network practices • Build a repeatable and scalable staffing model tied to health system profile, clinical programs, enrollment targets, and patient volume • Define CRS productivity and success metrics tied to business and pharma customer delivery targets • Build dashboards and reporting cadences for team and site performance visibility • Use performance data to identify skill gaps and direct training investment • Build playbooks, SOPs, and management cadence for a consistent distributed field team • Directly manage the Clinical Operations team • Integrate study startup, TMF management, documentation, site/IRB coordination, and site monitoring into the function • Build scalable training and development infrastructure • Train onsite staff to represent N-Power Medicine’s mission and value proposition to practices • Serve as escalation point for site-level relationship risks • Support rollout of new initiatives and workflow changes across the network • Partner with Network Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities with broader network strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in clinical research operations • Direct, hands-on oncology clinical trial experience • Proven success managing a distributed, multi-site workforce at scale • Strong experience in oncology research and practice workflows, including academic/community research workflows and practice business administration • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and processes as teams and programs grow • Experience building staffing models, capacity plans, and KPI/reporting frameworks from scratch • Experience designing training and development infrastructure for a distributed clinical workforce • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative, hands-on leadership in dynamic environments • Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, or similar clinical trial systems as they relate to site-level workflow (preferred) • Travel expected as needed to support regional teams, up to 25% • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • Ability to successfully pass all applicable state-specific background checks and screenings
