📋 Description

• Supports the implementation, maintenance, and delivery of First Aid training products • Prepares presentations and reports on the status of First Aid training products, initiatives, and operational activities, including timelines, milestones, and key metrics • Coordinates product-related activities and processes associated with initiatives to help ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines • Coordinates delivery of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinates registration and logistical support for events, trainings, meetings, and off-site activities • Provides administrative and operational support to the First Aid Training team • Coordinates meetings, prepares documentation, and manages routine correspondence • Maintains databases, records, files, and related documentation • Assists with required product and operational reporting activities • Monitors and responds to inquiries received through shared email mailboxes • Provides timely support to instructors, training centers, chapters, and customers regarding training products, materials, registrations, and related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a college degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with safety promotion, community education, or training • Understands training programs, operational processes, and customer support practices • Works under general supervision • Resolves routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as appropriate • Possesses working knowledge of First Aid training products, processes, and supporting systems • Ability to organize work schedules and meetings • Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams skills • Ability with Project Management Tools
