• Develop and track ME Commons execution timelines in collaboration with government • Provide thought leadership on the strategic direction of the program • Set the internal cadence for a broad team supporting ME Commons, including contracts, marketing, and project management • Manage relationships with Hubs, project teams, and the broader user community. • Work closely with regional Hubs to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables • Act as an advocate for the ME Commons program with government and other key stakeholders • Provide recommendations to senior NSTXL leaders to manage risk and seek growth opportunities. • Act as a trusted advisor to government, providing relevant inputs for the success of the program • Resolve any issues or escalations from clients quickly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Ensure team’s adherence to thorough documentation for each project, including plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resolutions. • Identify and manage resources appropriate to needs. • Identify and collect metrics and key performance indicators that measure and track ecosystem health and inform future year requirements and acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. • 5+ years experience in the semiconductor industry. • 5+ years of experience managing a team. • Strong technical background with experience in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. • Superior attention to detail. • Strong communication, problem solving, strategy development, and leadership skills. • Team player with the ability to partner cross functionally in growing organization. • Ability to receive US government clearance.
