📋 Description

• Support customers across their journey from technical discovery and product evaluation to onboarding, training, and long-term success • Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams • Deliver technical demos • Build design automation workflows • Consult on real-world engineering applications • Support cross-functional customer initiatives across pre-sales, onboarding transition, and post-sales activities • Contribute to multi-phase projects serving Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Automotive, and Medical teams • Support technical sales through discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept development • Assist with technical discovery calls and identifying customer goals and design challenges • Modify and present demos aligned with customer use cases • Support technical onboarding and customer training initiatives • Lead technical customer calls, including solution reviews, hybrid consultations, and scoping calls • Resolve workflow consultation requests through targeted support and best-practice guidance • Review and respond to non-contractual evaluation or technical requests • Travel to customer locations across the US and EMEA for strategic design sprints and onsite collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Current or recent experience in aircraft conceptual or preliminary design, or a closely related discipline (e.g., aerostructures, propulsion integration, vehicle-level sizing and tradeoff studies, MDO) • A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline, plus 3+ years of industry experience (highly-relevant doctoral degrees can be substituted for three years) • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical software quickly • Experience with scripting in Python, Excel/VBA • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences and senior stakeholders • Demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility in handling time-sensitive critical projects • Approximately 20-40% of the year in travel, with typically three-to-five consecutive days onsite several times a quarter and expected last-minute travel demands
