The service is positioned to reduce costly repairs, extend the lifespan of home systems, and provide peace of mind for busy homeowners and property managers.

📋 Description

• Visit customers' homes on a regular schedule throughout Greater Boston. • Perform preventive maintenance. • Complete handyman projects. • Inspect homes for potential issues. • Identify items that may require attention from specialist partners. • Proactively evaluate homes and identify maintenance needs and potential problems. • Explain issues and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners. • Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10–15 years of hands-on residential construction, maintenance, repair or related experience. More experience is strongly preferred. • Broad knowledge of residential homes, their systems and how the various components of a home work together. • Basic hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to identify problems and maintenance needs not already pointed out by the homeowner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Demonstrated history of reliability and professionalism. • Ability to consistently arrive on time for scheduled customer appointments. • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Authorization to work in the United States.
