📋 Description

• Install and commission new units and complex production lines at customer locations • Set up mechanical systems • Set up electrical, electronic, PLC, and pneumatic controls • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and training at customer locations • Recommend preventative and corrective maintenance • Install upgrades and carry out revisions • Maintain timesheets, work orders, and service reports • Document follow-up actions and safety concerns • Maintain customer relationships and recommend company services and equipment • Manage expenses • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology, or 5+ years equivalent experience • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models • Ability to monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators • Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and determine maintenance needs • Ability to conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance • Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions • Ability to repair machines or systems using needed tools • Minimum 2 years’ experience in controls, mechanics, and pneumatics desired • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechatronics and machinery maintenance desired • Experience with robotics preferred • Valid Driver’s License required • Ability to obtain passport required • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% throughout the US and Canada
