📋 Description

• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new customer systems • Perform preventative maintenance and system calibrations (NIST and ISO 17025), with training provided • Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues at customer sites • Analyze product performance and identify root causes of issues • Communicate with customers to understand concerns and provide updates • Complete service documentation and reports using CRM and service tools • Support parts ordering and service logistics processes • Recommend appropriate service agreements based on customer needs • Travel to customer sites across the service territory and occasionally beyond • Work closely with the Head of Global Service, Sales, and Service Administration teams • Support installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of customer systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Thermal, etc.) • Strong interest in hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, and field work • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Comfortable working independently with guidance and support • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR compliance) • Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance of a major airport • 2 years of experience or internship, co-op, lab, or hands-on project experience preferred but not required • Exposure to refrigeration systems, electronics, thermal measurements, or mechanical systems preferred but not required • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) preferred but not required • Experience with RS-232 / IEEE communications preferred but not required • EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain with company support
