📋 Description

• Provide on-site service at customer sites across the assigned region • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments • Install instruments and provide customer training across all product lines • Manage inventory • Plan service trips • Complete administrative tasks related to service functions • Report to the Central Region Service Manager in Vernon Hills, Illinois

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments • Ability to work independently • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction • Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools • Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport • Must not require current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship • Willingness to travel up to 90%, including overnight
