📋 Description

• Support customers and accounts throughout the Orange County and North San Diego areas within the Pacific Region • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated GE OEC Surgical C-Arm equipment • Complete preventative maintenance and field modification instructions • Order and manage repair parts cycle times • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records • Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up • Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment • Meet Health and Human Services, environmental health and safety, and other regulatory requirements • Manage vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare policies • Escalate and resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root cause analysis • Participate in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and revenue programs • Work with the local team to provide efficient service delivery across assigned accounts • Train clinical staff on designated equipment as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent military education, or Associate’s Degree with 2 years experience servicing electronic equipment • Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience combined with successful completion of the GEHC Field Service Engineer Apprentice Program • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED and 12 or more years experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
