📋 Description

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. • Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to determine causes and prevent recurrences. • Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement. • Provide EHS training and education to employees at all levels of the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into daily operations and decision-making processes. • Manage hazardous materials and waste programs, including proper storage, handling, and disposal. • Ensure compliance with OSHA's Hearing Conservation Program requirements and maintain accurate records of all related activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within the manufacturing or foodservice industry • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex EHS issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
