• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels (eCommerce, retail, wholesale) • Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and market insights • Establish and drive a continuous improvement program for forecast accuracy, including root cause analysis, bias tracking, and corrective actions • Partner with Marketing and Sales to incorporate promotions, product launches, and campaigns into demand plans • Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) or IBP process • Own and optimize demand planning tools (ERP, forecasting software, BI platforms) • Manage and develop a team of demand planners/analysts
• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (cookware or durable goods a plus) • Proven track record of leading S&OP/IBP processes • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting methodologies • Hands-on experience with demand planning tools, ideally NSPB or NetSuite • Experience leading and developing teams • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
