📋 Description
• Lead assessments and provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice) and Amazon Connect • Support development involving Lambda, APIs, and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect • Provide troubleshooting, testing, UAT assistance, and deployment support for scheduled go-lives • Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team
🎯 Requirements
• Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Amazon Connect integration • Fractional, as-needed engagement • Availability for up to 20 hours per week • Approximately 160 hours over 2 to 2.5 months
