📋 Description

• Learn about ideal customers, define the user journey, understand customer pains, refine the product in partnership with engineering, and drive top-line growth • Build and own the product roadmap while developing a suite of financial products and moving upmarket into the enterprise • Spend significant time with external stakeholders and translate customer conversations into Numeral products • Own Numeral’s product strategy and release cadence • Represent end consumers in product conversations and decisions • Drive product vision and strategy and ensure world-class products customers value • Align executives, communicate the roadmap, convince peers, coordinate dependencies, and remove obstacles • Develop and evangelize industry-leading B2B SaaS experiences internally and externally • Build and scale the product management team while overseeing and guiding engineering teams • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with experience driving growth at high-growth B2B SaaS startups • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate vision and streamline execution across different internal and external teams • Strong product and business sense • Ability to drive strategic decisions • Deep experience with impactful and rapid experimentation paired with holistic long-term product thinking • Understanding of qualitative, quantitative, and analytical methods and when to apply them to identify and appropriately prioritize a product roadmap • Ability to gather input and communicate with a large number of internal and external stakeholders • Ability to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap • Commitment to craft and product excellence • Experience with enterprise customers, ideally in B2B fintech
