📋 Description
• Support individuals and small businesses by helping them understand and access personalized financial solutions • Manage inbound and outbound communications • Offer thoughtful recommendations based on client goals • Proactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiries • Discuss client goals and align solutions accordingly • Provide clear explanations of services and next steps • Track activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM • Support retention efforts through ongoing communication
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or college degree preferred • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles a plus • Results and goal oriented • Able to work independently in a work from home environment
