📋 Description

• Partner with customers to achieve business objectives through customer-centric, value-driven practices and service delivery methodologies • Work with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and architects in an Agile environment • Oversee one or more projects from planning through execution • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations • Build collaborative relationships with federal government clients • Lead project teams and promote engagement and sustainable delivery pace • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to foster collaboration, predictability, and transparency • Monitor team goals and performance and escalate issues to leadership • Identify problems and develop corrective action plans with leadership • Track project scope, schedule, and cost changes • Manage project budgets, contract costs, burn-down tracking, and financial reporting • Communicate project progress to corporate operations and federal clients • Coordinate CLIN/CDRL tracking with contracts and business operations • Track EVM metrics where required • Identify and escalate project risks and propose mitigation ideas • Identify expansion opportunities within existing project work • Lead onboarding and conduct check-ins for project team members • Support skill development, growth plans, and staff transitions • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Must obtain a TS/SCI Clearance • Experience leading ServiceNow implementation as a project manager • 4-6 years of project/program management experience • At least 1-2 years specifically in federal government contracting • Working familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices • Certified Scrum Master or similar a plus • Working knowledge of federal contract vehicles and terminology (IDIQ, GWAC, 8(a), CLIN, CDRL, COR interaction) • Solid financial acumen, including budget tracking and burn-down reporting • Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to government stakeholders • Experience managing distributed/remote teams • PMP certification (or equivalent) required • Experience with ServiceNow, Appian, or Salesforce • Prosci Change Management or similar organizational change certification valued • Prior experience with federal/state agencies • Exposure to business development activities, including proposal support and capture assistance • Interest in growing into a Senior Project Manager role
