📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to pulmonary clinics and healthcare providers to introduce NuvoAir's services and referral programs • Build relationships with clinic staff and identify opportunities for new patient referrals • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and follow-up tasks in the company's CRM or tracking system • Research potential referral partners and identify new business development opportunities • Schedule follow-up conversations or meetings with interested providers and the business development team • Assist with creating and organizing outreach lists, call scripts, and sales materials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless referral experience for providers and patients • Support additional business development and administrative projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and building relationships with healthcare professionals • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to stay motivated while working independently in a remote environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of audiences • Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business tools is a plus • Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, or business development is a plus • An interest in healthcare and a passion for helping connect patients with quality care through provider partnerships
