📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and grow the founding engineering team • Lead the Find, Validate, and Patch engineering roadmap • Collaborate with evaluation, security, and platform leadership • Share clear, honest engineering status across NVIDIA • Build and lead the AI Safety & Security Engineering team from its first engineers • Own delivery of the Find, Validate, and Patch roadmap and make trade-offs visible • Develop AI-powered tooling that helps find, validate, and patch software vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) • 12+ years in software engineering • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams • Experience guiding teams that build complex systems, including distributed infrastructure, ML platforms, or security tooling • Ability to weigh architecture and evaluation trade-offs in ML or systems software • Steadiness in a young program where much is still yours to define • Exposure to vulnerability research or security programs • Experience with teams building ML infrastructure or agents • Experience growing new teams from their earliest stage
