📋 Description

• Drive software programs and processes hands-on • Lead multifunctional team members in a matrix organization to deliver projects on time • Lead projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Present project status to multifunctional teams and executive management • Work independently and influence with minimal mentorship • Work with global partners across time zones, geographies, and technical fields to define work, report status, and deliver projects • Develop and improve processes for the Compiler organization • Follow escalation processes when planned work is off track • Distill sophisticated projects into manageable tasks and milestones for multifunctional teams • Create and implement workflow processes between teams • Resolve technical issues and resource conflicts through consensus and team building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree • 8+ years in a similar or related role • Validated Software Engineering background and technical skills • Ability to investigate technical issues • Knowledge of operating systems, software development standard methodologies, and compilers highly valued • Strong written and verbal presentation skills • Track record of foundational program management skills: risk management, tracking and monitoring, meeting facilitation, domain expertise, time management, and problem-solving • GPU, CUDA, Compiler and/or AI knowledge is a plus • Experience with JIRA and MS Project is a plus • Project Management Professional Certification is a plus
