• Develop comprehensive program plans, objectives, and strategies aligned with organizational goals • Lead ERP implementations from scope and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasting, tracking, and resource allocation • Allocate project team members, internal contractors, and external technology integration vendors • Map current-state and design future-state processes for a multi-site manufacturing environment • Identify ERP process gaps and opportunities for automation and efficiency • Own the Technology Roadmap supporting the Business Transformation Roadmap • Partner with assigned business leaders to maintain and evolve technology strategy • Lead multiple projects within the technology transformation roadmap • Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, quality standards, and relevant regulations • Monitor progress and resolve issues across multiple facility rollouts • Lead User Acceptance Testing and system validation • Establish relationships with executive sponsors, plant managers, and cross-functional teams • Manage stakeholder expectations for supply chain and manufacturing deliverables • Develop and implement change management strategies • Facilitate organizational readiness and lead user training sessions • Establish project reporting mechanisms • Prepare and present high-level status reports to senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an IT Program Manager managing and delivering complex IT projects • Strong IT experience and understanding of manufacturing business processes, specifically Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Distribution, and boundary business applications • Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred • Proven track record deploying systems and standardizing processes across a multi-site, potentially global, manufacturing company • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Knowledge of business analysis frameworks • Proficiency in PM software/tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Understanding of the financial impacts of supply chain operations • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including translating IT terminology for business stakeholders • Knowledge of regulated systems and compliance standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones and cultures • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Ability to travel up to 25% • Master’s degree, PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus • Familiarity with emergent technologies and/or demonstrated experience using AI tools is a strong plus
