📋 Description

• Own planning and execution for NVIDIA's GPU-accelerated data science and data processing libraries. • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, marketing, go-to-market teams, and the open-source community. • Lead software release, security, and compliance programs while continuously improving development processes, tooling, and delivery practices. • Build and maintain significant program metrics that measure release health, quality, delivery performance, adoption, and overall program success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of technical program management experience leading complex software initiatives in data science, data processing, accelerated computing, high-dimensional search, self-directed AI, or closely related domains. • Strong technical foundation with previous experience as an engineer, data scientist, or highly technical program leader. • Deep familiarity with open-source software development, the PyData ecosystem, GitHub, and GitHub-based engineering workflows. • Proven ability to lead multiple business-critical programs simultaneously. • Self-directed, adaptable leader who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and drives results with minimal oversight.
