• Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms delivered through OEM partners, from engineering sample to mass production • Implement tooling, processes, and lessons learned for internal and OEM-led rollouts • Drive alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support organizations and OEM counterparts around one readiness plan, schedule, and definition of done • Manage readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes across concurrent platforms and OEM programs • Define entry and exit criteria, track risks, and provide executive-level reporting • Lead OEM engagement and communication, including planning, factory and site readiness, deployment schedules, and rollout preparation • Define scalable bring-up, validation, and acceptance models across racks, sites, and partners • Establish and implement quality assurance processes for NVIDIA and OEM deliverables • Own escalation and feedback loops from large-scale deployment issues into NVIDIA engineering • Drive continuous improvement through automation and tooling to increase deployment speed and accuracy • Ensure documentation, tooling, training, and readiness dependencies are completed and closed before volume shipment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, preferably for high density AI/HPC data centers • Experience delivering large-scale data center hardware deployments or infrastructure planning programs at multi-rack and multi-site scale • Experience working with OEM, ODM, or system integrator partners across engineering, manufacturing, and services functions • Proven technical and project leadership under fluid situations • Ability to drive alignment across organizations you do not own and adapt to unknowns and change • Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power and cooling, liquid cooling, cabling, network provisioning, rack integration, and system bring-up and validation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Keen attention to detail and dedication to quality • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage with diverse collaborators, OEM partners, and executives • Organization and time management skills • Willingness to travel up to 35% to OEM factories, integration facilities, and deployment sites • Experience in large, multi-partner program management projects with concurrent product launches preferred • Familiarity with NVIDIA rack-scale systems such as MGX and NVL-class rack architectures, GPU and networking bring-up, or liquid-cooled infrastructure preferred • Understanding of product rollout processes and tooling, including factory integration and test flows (L10/L11/L12) preferred • Experience building repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and partner training preferred
