📋 Description

• Assist the Capital Project and Communications teams in designing a 30–40-page prospectus/book • Identify, coordinate, and review photography, renderings, maps, and illustrations supporting The Exchange's narrative • Design layouts that strengthen and clarify The Exchange's narrative • Work with the Communications Director and editorial strategist to select and integrate visuals • Deliver an initial layout/design concept in weeks 1–2 • Apply edits and complete the full design in weeks 3–4 • Complete final design edits and print-ready optimization in weeks 5–6

🎯 Requirements

• Project coordination across multiple contributors • Editorial design and layout expertise • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and broader Creative Suite • Time management skills • Ability to collaborate across The Exchange, partner organizations, and relevant institutions • Recognizes the value of diverse perspectives and lived experiences and applies a critical lens to systemic sources of bias and discrimination • Applies critical thinking and seeks input and experience from others • Commits to a decision and acts once it has been reached • Must be able to work in the United States • Must be available for occasional weekday meetings in the ET time zone • Submit a resume, portfolio showcasing relevant past projects, and a brief written project plan including a flat-rate project cost
