📋 Description

• Own delivery, validation, and operational readiness using AI-first methodology • Ensure working software reaches production reliably and meets quality standards • Define acceptance criteria • Automate validation and manage releases • Monitor production health and drive operational excellence using AI-assisted workflows • Collaborate with the Builder and Architect on specifications and system design

🎯 Requirements

• 5 plus years in delivery, quality engineering, and/or DevOps roles within fintech, banking, or financial services • Strong understanding of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows • Active, hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and delivery workflows • Strong hands-on capability in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling • Ability to own the delivery pipeline end-to-end within a product domain • Comfort working across the stack to validate behavior at every layer • Bonus - Understanding of REST APIs, data modeling, and system interactions.
