📋 Description

• Provide sales support to communities when needed • Provide ongoing training to sales staff • Oversee property-level sales processes, including Oakmont Tour Experience, Tour Process Concierge Welcoming Standards, Tour Tree Phone Calls, Mail Out, and sales productivity goals • Oversee networking strategy, effectiveness, and productivity • Coordinate sales and special events, including luncheons, VIP and grand openings, open houses, and resident referral parties • Create and oversee marketing budgets and plans for each community with Marketing Directors • Maintain accurate and timely Hold/Sold status reports • Evaluate lead-to-tour and tour-to-deposit ratios; train and follow up appropriately • Manage direct mail lists for each community • Establish and monitor inside and outside sales call expectations and efficiency • Help plan and participate in annual sales meetings • Provide ongoing training on special programs • Help create and maintain marketing process and procedures manuals • Conduct mystery shops for quality control • Establish and train new development sales teams and provide additional support • Communicate regularly with Executive Directors about Sales and Marketing team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience • 2 years working in the senior industry in a sales capacity • Experience with direct sales in Memory Care and Assisted Living • Ability to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, residents, and their families • Highly motivated and able to work independently without supervision • Must pass a criminal record clearance and health and drug screening prior to employment • Willing and able to travel a minimum of 50% of the time • Senior Living experience required
