📋 Description

• Support Sage Intacct implementations under the guidance of senior consultants, including configuration, data migration, and testing • Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients • Assist with functional specifications, training materials, and process guides • Help troubleshoot client issues and provide post-go-live support • Learn Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Reporting • Progress toward independent module ownership • Shadow senior consultants on client calls and gradually take on direct client-facing work • Use AI tools to draft documentation, summarize discovery calls, and accelerate implementation deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional accounting experience • 1–2 years of business experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes preferred • Interest in technology and business software applications • Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting technical issues • Experience participating in projects through school, internships, or professional work • Exposure to Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft SQL, reporting tools, or other business software • Curiosity about AI and its application to accounting/ERP workflows • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Technical aptitude and comfort learning new applications and databases • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work • Adaptability and flexibility when priorities change • Professionalism when interacting with clients and teammates
