📋 Description

• Review all forms and clinical records for client’s reimbursement • Reference OASIS assessment and patient’s therapy evaluation for accuracy and completeness of each visit notes • Audit charts for clinical oversight, compliance and adherence to the Medicare guidelines • Identify clinical problem areas and document deficiency trends • Communicate with clients’ administrative and clinical associate staff in the correction of deficiencies • Submit QA worklog report at discretion of agency

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN License in the state of Florida • Two (2) years’ Home Health experience as a QA Nurse is REQUIRED • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills • Willing to undergo training in nursing QA review and Medicare guidelines, if needed • Clinical experience in the acute care and home care setting • Working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements • Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office, Wellsky Kinnser, etc.)
