📋 Description

• Conduct needs assessments to review existing career progression materials and practices • Analyze current career progression frameworks and processes • Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys • Analyze data using statistical methods to evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness • Conduct benchmarking and identify best practices • Recommend and develop career progression models based on needs assessments • Develop implementation strategies, roadmaps, and tools • Create reports and briefings for leadership • Provide recommendations to modernize career progression processes and increase flexibility for job incumbents • Support leadership in reassigning personnel as needed to meet mission requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. or master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from an accredited institution • 5+ years conducting job analysis, assessments, and workforce studies • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues and develop solutions • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to interpret complex data and use it to make informed decisions about HR policies, employee training, and organizational development • Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS • Familiarity with computer applications used in data analysis and report generation • Ability to work and communicate with different levels of staff and management • Additional licensures, certifications, or training in relevant assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies is a plus • Must complete online application and submit a resume or CV, cover letter, and proof of educational qualifications
