📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and publish clinician schedules across assigned hospital programs • Fill open and emergency shifts with recruitment, HR, privileging, and operations teams • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new clinicians with the Clinician Experience team • Communicate with clinicians and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shift coverage • Negotiate with clinicians to fill open shifts while balancing budget constraints and contractual requirements • Maintain accurate schedule documentation and data in the scheduling system • Develop and nurture professional relationships with clinicians via phone, email, and text • Support the goal of providing 90-day advance schedule notice where possible

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, operations, or a related field • Proven success managing complex workloads accurately under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software systems • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a high-paced environment • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred • Experience coordinating locum tenens or per diem providers preferred • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision preferred
