• Support Behavioral Health clinics and workflows • Resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required • At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required • Deep experience supporting Ambulatory Behavioral Health clinics and clinical behavioral health workflows • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users and SMEs • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
