📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver integrated products and services from preferred technology partners to member organizations • Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans • Assess impacts of proposed changes and provide operational recommendations • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations • Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent communication and project documentation • Evaluate workflows and operational processes and lead improvement initiatives • Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems • Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members • Serve as key point of contact for assigned projects and service areas • Support integration, implementation, and change-management activities • Contribute to strategic and business planning initiatives • Use project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor work • Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions • Develop and maintain tools, templates, workflows, and processes • Support onboarding and ongoing education on processes, systems, and best practices • Build relationships across the organization and communicate across diverse teams and audiences • Participate in continuous improvement and change-management efforts • Travel nationally for on-site Go Live support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role, or experience project managing including presenting/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end • Completion of a required 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Ability to travel nationally, including by air, vehicle, or train • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices
