📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans • Assess impacts of proposed changes and provide operational recommendations • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations • Facilitate meetings, maintain communication, and produce project documentation • Evaluate workflows and operational processes for improvement opportunities • Lead or contribute to initiatives that streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery • Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems • Share knowledge, mentor less experienced team members, and support continuous learning • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role preferred • Experience managing projects, including presentations, meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end preferred • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work remotely in a virtual home-office environment • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices • Ability to travel by air, vehicle, or train as required
