📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, document, maintain, and troubleshoot reports in Epic across Business Intelligence tools • Execute the full reporting lifecycle • Complete ticket work, including triage, research, and communication with internal and external members • Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems • Lead requirements-gathering meetings with experts across various fields • Define systems scope and objectives for business requirements • Document requirements, including use cases, and translate them into system requirement specifications • Support the requirements definition, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing phases of projects • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Health care IT in a similar or relevant role • Experience working in a healthcare setting supporting Ambulatory Clinic or Acute Care settings preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience with custom development within Epic Cogito • Current Epic Cogito certification required • Experience working with SQL required • Current Epic certification in Clarity Data Model preferred; alternatively, minimum two years of Clarity experience if no certification • Experience identifying, defining, and analyzing end-user requirements and timelines to meet business needs • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Required COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical/religious exemption, as a condition of employment • Ability to travel nationally based on business requirements
