📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Support process improvement and cross-functional team alignment • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Provide on-site Go Live support during required national travel

🎯 Requirements

• Certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude • Epic Cadence or Prelude build experience required • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred • Experience, certification, or proficiency in Referrals is a plus • Ability to travel 20–25% nationally for on-site Go Live support • Strong communication skills with application teams, technical team members, and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace
