📋 Description

• Analyze and document basic business requirements and processes, including current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) workflows • Assist in developing basic system specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies • Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications • Participate in testing application features and functionality to ensure solutions meet documented requirements • Create and maintain basic technical and functional user documentation • Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards throughout solution development and deployment • Support stakeholder and customer expectations, escalating risks or issues to project managers as appropriate • Build trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and customers through effective communication and reliable project execution • Perform additional duties and ad hoc support as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • US Citizenship is required for this role • Basic understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Understanding of business requirements elicitation and documentation, including user stories and functional specifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency and previous work experience with Jira • Ability to understand and document business processes and system workflows • Moderate facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams • Basic oral and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn in a structured, team-oriented environment
