📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Travel nationally to support Go-Live installations or training • Participate in virtual meetings with camera enabled • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Certification/proficiency in Epic HB Claims required • Epic HB and HB Claims certification/proficiency highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst ideally desired • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB Claims build • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to travel up to 20% nationally for Go-Lives • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved medical/religious exemption before hire
