📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Drive process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Share knowledge across teams • Develop technical design, analysis, and system enhancement competencies • Perform other duties as assigned • Attend virtual meetings on camera • Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support, software installations, or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims • Certification or proficiency in both Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst ideally • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Experience with billing in New York state desired • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date
