📋 Description

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the Epic PB/PB Claims maintenance analyst team • Manage projects, prioritization, feedback, performance management, development, and training • Support effective workflows, resolve complex issues, and maintain member relationships • Collaborate with leadership on realistic timelines, deliverables, learning forums, and conferences • Onboard new staff methodically and track team, project, and individual performance goals • Identify and support process improvements and resource planning • Assist with ticket responsiveness, coaching, go-live strategy, and coverage support • Develop features and workflows and make design decisions • Resolve advanced integration Jira and help-desk tickets • Escalate and resolve member issues and serve as first escalation point • Enforce OCHIN policies, time tracking, incident reporting, and Jira SLAs/SLEs • Maintain communication between the Epic Revenue Cycle Team and other departments • Review ticket metrics and assignment currency • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Lead working sessions to resolve advanced integration work orders and support issues • Provide workflow solutions and hands-on system training • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • QA complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Collaborate with other OCHIN teams on integration issues • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives and Mock clinics • Lead member trainings and workgroups • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document new system functionality • Provide process improvements within the application or team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification required • Experience in both PB Claims or PB desired • Ideal candidate: at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire date • Must be available for nationwide travel as required by business needs • Must be on camera for all virtual meetings
