📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Work on camera for all virtual meetings • Support on-site Go-Live installations or training when required, including potential national travel

🎯 Requirements

• Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both is highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Experience with billing in New York state is desired • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
