📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of OCHIN’s Epic Inpatient product suite • Provide subject-matter expertise and inform best-practice workflows • Deliver system enhancements • Support organizational initiatives including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Perform system application build • Build system application packages and move them through multiple environments • Support Epic workflows for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Communicate with application and technical team members and end users • Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Work in a virtual home-office environment and remain on camera for virtual meetings • Travel nationally as needed for Go-Live installations, training, and other business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst • Current certification in assigned Epic applications: ClinDoc and Orders • Healthcare IT work history required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of Inpatient workflows, analytics, and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of clinical functionalities for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Strong communication skills with application and technical teams and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire • Ability to travel nationally as required • Nice-to-have certifications: HOD, ASAP, Bugsy, Stork, Long Term Care, Rehab, Rover, and Wound Care
