📋 Description

• Partner with internal teams and external members to optimize, personalize, and enhance operational workflows across member organizations • Provide temporary augmentation support across administrative and technical EHR functions • Monitor, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal help requests • Support staff and provider onboarding and offboarding processes • Evaluate clinic workflows and provide strategic input to member leadership • Identify operational gaps and recommend sustainable solutions for EHR efficiency and performance • Collaborate with executive-level member leadership on workflow assessments, optimization, strategic decisions, and member engagement • Deliver interactive Epic training through personalization labs, sessions, at-the-elbow support, and cohort-based learning during and after go-lives • Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best-practice recommendations • Guide members and stakeholders through operational transformations and change-management strategies • Assist with designing and enhancing learning programs, training content, lesson plans, and training aids • Collect and analyze feedback and learning data to improve learning activities, workflow adoption, and training effectiveness • Collaborate with HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research, and other departments on special projects, grants, and workflow improvements • Configure Epic system components and document system changes and enhancements • Mentor and coach peers and new team members • Travel to support go-live installations and training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role required • 10 years of applicable experience desired • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory • At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training preferred • Experience delivering training through in-person onsite consultations, one-on-one, group, virtual, and phone modalities • Experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to diverse end users with varying technical proficiency • Strong understanding of health center clinical operations, particularly in an ambulatory care setting preferred • Experience with User Security and Provider Administration highly preferred • Smart Tool Development/Smart Tool Build experience highly preferred • Ability to travel up to 20% nationally • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required as a condition of employment
