• Support OCHIN members through relationship-focused, proactive, and consultative service • Prepare, coordinate, schedule, and follow up on member check-ins, planning meetings, executive business reviews, in-services, and ad hoc discussions • Document discussion points, decisions, action items, owners, due dates, risks, and follow-up needs • Track action-item deadlines and maintain visibility into commitments • Organize meeting agendas, prior notes, member context, reporting, and operational updates • Maintain documentation in Salesforce, shared resources, meeting notes, contact lists, and member records • Update Salesforce meeting outcomes and support data-quality practices • Schedule Member Care Team and cross-functional meetings • Run, compile, and organize reports, dashboards, success metrics, satisfaction trends, and member-health indicators • Identify documentation gaps, data inconsistencies, overdue follow-ups, and emerging risks • Track Voice of the Member themes, feedback, risks, opportunities, and escalation needs • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify next steps, gather updates, route questions, and support follow-through • Support projects, task tracking, status updates, member transitions, onboarding, stabilization, remediation, and operational improvement • Maintain visibility into JIRA-related follow-up, action items, and member concerns • Contribute to process improvements involving documentation, templates, tracking tools, and communications • Participate in structured development and shadow Member Success Partners, leaders, and cross-functional partners • Develop proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, reporting resources, and member documentation practices • Progress toward independent meeting support, documentation, reporting, coordination, and internal communication responsibilities
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related work experience, preferably in coordination, administration, project support, customer service, healthcare operations, technology support, or a related environment • Strong organizational skills managing details, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up across multiple priorities • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams • Ability to learn new systems, tools, workflows, and processes quickly • Commitment to excellent service, building trust, and member-centered outcomes • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, health informatics, communications, or a related field preferred • Experience in healthcare, community health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, health information technology, Epic, customer success, account coordination, or project coordination preferred • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar tools preferred • Interest in developing consultative skills, executive communication capabilities, and strategic relationship management experience • High-speed internet required • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
