• Manage and support program activities aligned with strategic goals, including day-to-day operations, project planning, and cross-functional coordination • Serve as a liaison to OCHIN members, customers, and partners • Provide clear, timely, customer-centric communication about program initiatives, updates, and engagement opportunities • Research, recommend, and implement improvements based on best practices and performance data • Contribute critical thinking and insights to enhance program effectiveness and member value • Create and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, presentations, and other visual content • Support internal and external communication, learning, and decision-making • Travel to member organizations for on-site Go Live support as required by business needs • Perform other duties as assigned
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in budgeting and financial management • Ability to support strategic decision-making • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and relationship management • Experience working with internal and external partners • Completion of a required 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • National travel availability based on business requirements, potentially up to 20% • COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment
