📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and/or participate in management aspects of assigned projects • Assess and implement project-related training and quality assurance requirements • Oversee internal consulting projects and provide timely, accurate, and compliant recommendations to management • Manage audits and oversee training and implementation • Develop and maintain processes with strict adherence to timeframes • Develop, implement, and maintain educational and training programs to ensure employee competency and regulatory compliance • Facilitate processes and operations for new services or locations, service-location changes, and new technology or equipment • Participate in research, training, and education supporting projects • Escalate issues and recommend solutions • Ensure data integrity and quality control • Ensure projects remain within budget • Perform other related duties as required • Report known or suspected unethical or questionable behavior and compliance concerns as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 10 years of related professional experience; OR 5 years of related professional experience with a bachelor's degree • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Organizational, time management, and project management skills • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible schedule, including 24/7, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability • Ability to remain knowledgeable about applicable federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or an advanced degree in finance, accounting, business/health administration • Preferred: Related professional certification, such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CPC, or CCS
