📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of the business intelligence cycle, from understanding objectives and collecting requirements through report/dashboard development, scheduling, deployment, and documentation • Collaborate with business and technology departments to understand system data, perform data analysis and validation, and support data integration • Monitor production systems and resolve or escalate issues • Participate in and lead classroom instruction for at least 6 unique courses in the Revenue Cycle Course Catalog • Identify student learning opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership • Develop curricula for new and existing courses and provide organizational direction for online training files • Deliver training and develop curricula using audio/visual equipment • Develop logical modeling and presentation solutions within business intelligence environments • Work with business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions that improve operations • Maintain process and procedure documentation • Manage data according to best practices • Support and monitor business intelligence systems and processes • Administer business intelligence servers and/or processes • Remain knowledgeable about applicable laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, or related field • 1 year of experience with SQL programming, data analysis and profiling, relational database systems, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence systems • 1 year of experience as a business analyst collaborating with end users to define metrics and business requirements • SQL and data analysis skills • Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence concepts • Ability to collaborate with end users to define metrics and business requirements • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple demands • Healthcare/Epic/Slicer Dicer experience is a plus
