📋 Description

• Optimize business rules for the eVetting process, including Tier 3 initial and preliminary investigations, to increase automated pass rates and reduce manual reviews • Analyze investigation, adjudication, and rule test data to identify bottlenecks in automated systems • Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and NLP analysis on unclassified, PII-free data • Interview personnel performing manual interim determinations to understand decision-making processes • Develop written recommendations to modify eVetting business rules while maintaining security standards • Perform trending analysis on adjudication policy shifts and evaluate the significance of data fields such as “Easy Label” • Recommend data enrichment opportunities by integrating additional data sources • Investigate predictive and prescriptive analytical techniques, including predictive risk models and network analysis • Communicate and collaborate with user representatives, program sponsors, mission partners, and other client elements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person/Citizen • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field is required • At least five (5) years of progressive experience in data analysis • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques • Familiarity with predictive risk modeling and network analysis is highly desired • Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance/eligibility, favorably adjudicated T3 or T3R • Day-to-day analytical work involves unclassified data containing no Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
